We were just passing through but there was plenty of space to spread out, the apartment being on two levels with two bathrooms for just for of us.

Very limited kitchen utensils yet a modern kitchen.

Very nice and clean rooms, value for money. Only one disadvantage: no breakfast served, and the small city has only one good restaurant where breakfast is served and this at 10 o'clock, a bit late.

We absolutely loved our stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was simply breathtaking, with stunning views of the lake right from our room. The price was surprisingly affordable, making it even more appealing. The room itself was clean and spacious, featuring a cozy wooden bunk bed and a lovely terrace where we could unwind and enjoy the picturesque surroundings. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, except for New Year's Eve when there was some noise. However, the night before was incredibly peaceful.

We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Good to have the option to stay somewhere not too far out from Greymouth. Beautiful setting ( of course the good weather helped). Nice quiet village with all the essential facilities.

It was a very peaceful and idyllic location with pleasant surroundings and a gorgeous view.

We had great difficulty in accessing where the office was located as there were no signs directing you to 'an office'. The unit we were in would have been made more comfortable with a couple of armchairs.

The hotel had clean and modern studios and apartments, which was a plus. the view of the lake from the room was excellent and definitely a highlight.

Our experience was not completely satisfying. the service at the hotel's pub was slow and disappointing.

I had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at Hotel Lake Brunner. The view from my room was fantastic and the customer service was excellent and friendly. The hotel had great WiFi and the little touches like updated curtains, furniture, and lamps made the room feel cozy. The beds were comfortable and the overall cleanliness was top-notch. I also appreciated the easy parking and the comfortable couch. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the need for an update in the bathroom and a mattress upgrade, the value for money was still exceptional. The location of the hotel was also great, and I was pleasantly surprised by the 1930's charm it retained. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the views were superb. The staff, particularly Tamsin, were friendly and accommodating. The unexpected breakfast provided a pleasant surprise. The only disappointment was the restaurant, as the service was slow and my wife's gluten-free order was mixed up. Nevertheless, the clean and comfortable accommodations, along with the beautiful view of the lake and mountains, made our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable amenities, and friendly service.
